Connecting people with technology is our speciality. That is why we have put together a Zoom conference setup that allows us to connect a main streaming setup with zoom cameras and a PA system with a roaming microphone. This allows questions to be taken from the audience and all guests will be able to hear callers through the PA system.

The setup is great for a training session with remote staff, conferences as well as meetings. We can include up to 3 cameras inputs as well as 1 desktop feed for presentations. Alternatively we can run 4 live cameras.

We recommend meeting with our clients beforehand to discuss setup options and requirements for the zoom live streaming. Every Zoom conference or live stream is different and has unique requirements.

Our Zoom Live Streaming is much more involved than our standard live streams because there are a lot of factors that are involved including multiple streams of audio and video. We aim to provide great audio and video for all of our setups. All of our packages come with an included PA system that will project all sound including voice and music. Should your venue have its own sound system, then we can connect to your venues sound.

We arrive 2 hours before you are scheduled to start the Zoon Live Stream to setup and test all of the equipment. We use our own Vodacom 4G & 3G internet connection that allows us to stream in either 1080 or 720 respectively. We recommend having a site visit beforehand, this is where we can discuss the exact requirements for the live stream as well as test the internet connection.

Our streaming packages include 1 location, however if you require additional locations please let us know. All packages start at 2 hours and each additional hour is billed at R1,000 per hour.
